Technical Support

A) Koenig Cranes North America™ has the technical and field expertise to deal with all technical support issues as related to both new and used cranes.

B) Support inside our standard technical support program will be provided by:

  • Telephone
  • Fax
  • Email
  • Internet

C) On-site technical supervision and/or training is available from distributor trained and certified technical specialists.

All technical supervision and/or training staff will be dispatched from Canada at specified rates plus travel and per diem costs.

D) Koenig Cranes North America™ is the master distributor for Koenig™ Cranes in North America (Canada, USA and Mexico) and as the factory authorized warranty representative will deal with all items covered by factory warranty inside North America.
